The 125 fils stamp features a comprehensive traffic safety scene including road signs, traffic lights, and a uniformed police officer directing traffic, representing law enforcement's role in maintaining road safety. Each stamp prominently displays a traffic light symbol in the left margin, reinforcing the traffic safety theme. أصدرت الحكومة الأردنية هذه المجموعة المؤلفة من ثلاثة طوابع في الرابع من مايو عام ١٩٧٧ احتفالاً بيوم المرور العالمي، وذلك لتعزيز الوعي بالسلامة المرورية وأنظمة المرور السليمة. تسلط المجموعة الضوء على أهمية أنظمة التحكم المروري وتعليم السلامة على الطرق من خلال رسوم توضيحية حية للبنية التحتية المرورية الحديثة. يصور الطابع فئة ٥ فلسات مشهد عبور طريق مع إشارات المرور والمشاة، مؤكداً على سلامة المشاة عند التقاطعات. تُظهر القيمة ٧٥ فلساً منظراً جوياً لدوار مع مركبات تتحرك حوله، إلى جانب إشارات المرور، موضحة إدارة حركة المرور السليمة. يعرض الطابع ١٢٥ فلساً مشهداً شاملاً للسلامة المرورية يتضمن لافتات الطرق وإشارات المرور وضابط شرطة بالزي الرسمي ينظم المرور، ممثلاً دور إنفاذ القانون في الحفاظ على السلامة المرورية. تعكس هذه الإصدارة التزام الأردن بمبادرات السلامة المرورية الدولية خلال السبعينيات.
