This commemorative set of three stamps, issued by the Government of Jordan on June 1, 1976, honors the Arab Labor Organization and celebrates Jordan's industrial development. تحتفل هذه المجموعة التذكارية المكونة من ثلاثة طوابع، والتي أصدرتها الحكومة الأردنية في الأول من يونيو 1976، بمنظمة العمل العربية وتسلط الضوء على التنمية الصناعية في الأردن. تأسست منظمة العمل العربية عام 1965 كوكالة متخصصة تابعة لجامعة الدول العربية، وتهدف إلى تعزيز التعاون العمالي وحقوق العمال في الوطن العربي. يحمل كل طابع شعار منظمة العمل العربية المميز - ترس محاط بأغصان الزيتون داخل تصميم أشعة شمسية زرقاء وبيضاء - مقترناً بمشاهد من النشاط الصناعي الأردني. يعرض طابع العشرة فلسات عمليات استخراج الملح، مسلطاً الضوء على صناعة استخراج المعادن المهمة في الأردن. يصور طابع الثلاثين فلساً أعمال اللحام، ممثلاً القطاعات الصناعية والإنشائية النامية في المملكة. يُظهر طابع الستين فلساً مرافق بناء السفن في العقبة، مما يؤكد على البنية التحتية البحرية الحيوية للمملكة وقدراتها في بناء السفن.
