Stamps of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan

The stamps show visitors walking around the pavilion under a blue sky with white clouds, with flags flying from a central pole and the World's Fair logo visible in the upper right corner. تحتفل هذه المجموعة التذكارية التي أصدرتها الحكومة الأردنية عام ١٩٦٥ بمشاركة الأردن في معرض نيويورك الدولي ١٩٦٤-١٩٦٥، وتعرض الجناح الأردني المميز في هذا المعرض الدولي الكبير. تتكون المجموعة من ثلاثة طوابع وبطاقة تذكارية واحدة، مع ثلاث نسخ إضافية غير مسننة. يعرض كل تصميم العمارة الفريدة للجناح الأردني، والتي تتميز بقبابها الذهبية المتموجة التي خلقت حضوراً مذهلاً في المعرض. تمثل العمارة العضوية المبتكرة للجناح، بأسقفها المنحنية المتدفقة ومداخلها المقوسة المتعددة، تطلعات الأردن الحديثة مع الحفاظ على الهوية الثقافية. تُظهر الطوابع الزوار يتنزهون حول الجناح تحت سماء زرقاء بغيوم بيضاء، مع أعلام ترفرف من عمود مركزي وشعار المعرض الدولي ظاهر في الزاوية اليمنى العلوية. يبرز هذا الإصدار مشاركة الأردن النشطة في التبادل الثقافي والتجاري الدولي خلال الستينيات.
