أصدرت الحكومة الأردنية هذه المجموعة التذكارية في 24 ديسمبر 1963 لتكريم جمعية الهلال الأحمر الأردني ورسالتها الإنسانية. تتألف المجموعة من ستة طوابع وبطاقة تذكارية واحدة، مع إضافات غير مثقوبة. يحمل كل طابع تصميماً مميزاً يجمع بين رمز الهلال الأحمر الشهير للحركة الإنسانية الدولية وصورة للملك الحسين بن طلال، مما يؤكد دعم العائلة المالكة لأعمال المساعدة الخيرية والطبية. تعرض الطوابع الهلال الأحمر بشكل بارز على الجانب الأيسر إلى جانب الخط العربي، بينما تظهر صورة الملك الحسين على الجانب الأيمن من كل تصميم. تتراوح القيم الفئوية من فلس واحد إلى 85 فلساً للطوابع العادية، مع بطاقة تذكارية بقيمة 100 فلس لإكمال السلسلة. يخلق التصميم الثابت عبر خلفيات ملونة مختلفة موضوعاً بصرياً موحداً يحتفل بالتزام الأردن بالمبادئ الإنسانية.
