This commemorative set celebrates the 90th anniversary of the Jordanian Scouts movement, marking nine decades of scouting activities in Jordan since 1910. The Government of Jordan issued this set through its Ministry of Post & Communications in May 2000 to honor the country's long-standing scouting tradition and its contribution to youth development. The three stamps feature different design elements celebrating this milestone: the first displays the Jordanian Scouts emblem with its distinctive fleur-de-lis design alongside the national flag and stylized "90" numeral. The second stamp presents colorful geometric pyramids with the Scout emblem, symbolizing achievement and progress. The third combines the commemorative "90" with the national flag and pyramid motifs. Each stamp incorporates the green and pink color scheme associated with Jordanian scouting. The accompanying souvenir sheet reproduces the first stamp design in an imperforate format. This philatelic tribute reflects Jordan's commitment to scouting values and youth education programs that have shaped generations of Jordanian youth over nearly a century.
تحتفل هذه المجموعة التذكارية بالذكرى التسعين لتأسيس الحركة الكشفية الأردنية، مما يمثل تسعة عقود من الأنشطة الكشفية في الأردن منذ عام 1910. أصدرت الحكومة الأردنية هذه المجموعة من خلال وزارة البريد والاتصالات في مايو 2000 لتكريم التقليد الكشفي العريق في البلاد ومساهمته في تنمية الشباب. تحمل الطوابع الثلاثة عناصر تصميمية مختلفة تحتفل بهذا الإنجاز: يعرض الطابع الأول شعار الكشافة الأردنية بتصميمه المميز للزنبقة إلى جانب العلم الوطني والرقم المنمق "90". يقدم الطابع الثاني أهرامات هندسية ملونة مع شعار الكشافة، رمزاً للإنجاز والتقدم. يجمع الطابع الثالث الرقم التذكاري "90" مع العلم الوطني وزخارف الأهرام. تتضمن البطاقة التذكارية المرافقة تصميم الطابع الأول بصيغة غير مثقبة.
