أصدر البريد الأردني في 27 ديسمبر 2004 هذه المجموعة المكونة من ثلاثة طوابع احتفالاً بالتراث الفسيفسائي الرائع في الأردن، والتي تعرض الفسيفساء البيزنطية القديمة من القرنين السادس والسابع الميلاديين. تُظهر الطوابع أعمالاً فنية فسيفسائية رائعة تصور مشاهد زراعية ومن الحياة اليومية من المواقع الأثرية الأردنية الغنية. يعرض الطابع الأول حاصداً يحمل منجلاً، يمثل الوفرة الزراعية في الأردن القديم. ويتضمن الطابع الثاني عناصر معمارية من أرضيات فسيفسائية، تُظهر التقنيات المعمارية المتطورة والمهارات الفنية للحرفيين البيزنطيين. ويصور الطابع الثالث شخصاً يحمل سلة من الفواكه، رمزاً لازدهار وخصوبة المنطقة. تمثل هذه الفسيفساء، المكتشفة في مختلف المواقع الأثرية الأردنية بما في ذلك الكنائس والمباني العامة، من أروع أمثلة فن الفسيفساء البيزنطي في الشرق الأوسط.
