Stamps of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan

أصدرت الحكومة الأردنية هذه المجموعة التذكارية في 8 نوفمبر 1987 للاحتفال بمؤتمر القمة العربي غير العادي الذي عُقد في عمان في ذلك العام. كان المؤتمر تجمعاً دبلوماسياً مهماً جمع القادة العرب لمعالجة القضايا الإقليمية الملحة خلال فترة مضطربة في سياسات الشرق الأوسط. تتكون المجموعة من أربعة طوابع وبطاقة تذكارية واحدة، وجميعها تحمل شعار المؤتمر الرسمي كعنصر التصميم المركزي. يعرض الشعار شعار الجامعة العربية بتصميمه الدائري الأخضر المميز الذي يحتوي على الخط العربي، محاطاً بحدود زخرفية باللونين الأحمر والأبيض. يقدم كل طابع نفس الشعار على خلفيات ملونة مختلفة - الخردل الفاتح والوردي والأحمر والأزرق الفاتح - مما يخلق عرضاً بصرياً متماسكاً عبر فئات 60 و80 و160 و240 فلساً. تعزز البطاقة التذكارية الاحتفال بدمج شعار المؤتمر مع صورة الملك حسين وخريطة منمقة للعالم العربي، مما يؤكد دور الأردن كدولة مضيفة وقيادة الملك حسين في الشؤون العربية.
